Our recent stay at Executive Class was wonderful. The location was perfect and the room was spacious with three different views of the city. We also appreciated the complimentary parking. Despite a few minor issues, the room provided a great experience overall. The management should address the carpet smell, cleanliness, and broken furniture to ensure a better stay. We hope they take this feedback into consideration to improve the hotel's facilities.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with all attractions within walking distance, such as central park and times square. The service was outstanding, with room service and housekeeping always available. We also appreciated the staff who were very attentive to our needs, including the duty manager who was always willing to listen.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, accommodating, and went out of their way to exceed our expectations. The breakfast was perfect for a quick start to our day of exploring. The location in this city was top notch, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance of Times Square. The cleanliness of the hotel and the modern facilities, including the shower and big screen TV, were excellent.

The location was perfect, close to everything in midtown! The check-in experience was pleasant, with a helpful and accommodating staff member who allowed me to check in early. The room was well lit and had comfortable beds with individual reading lights. The remote control for the curtains with a black-out option was a nice touch. I also loved the executive level accommodation and the upgraded presidential suite I received for free with its spaciousness and fantastic view of Times Square. the value for money was excellent and I would definitely come back.

Situated near Times Square and down Broadway, this hotel offers an excellent location for those wanting to explore the city. It is close to all major attractions and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, making it convenient for dining options. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. the grab and go breakfast bar is a convenient perk for those on the go.
The lack of a refrigerator in the room can be a downside for guests who prefer to have that amenity available.
